If your order is sent using a tracked service, your tracking link will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send your items back.

Online orders must be returned by post and cannot be returned in-store.

Please return items unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and free from makeup, fake tan, perfume or other marks.

Footwear should be returned unworn in its original box. Two-piece sets should be returned together.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Once processed, please allow 2–10 working days for the funds to appear.

For in-store change-of-mind purchases, we offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days, with proof of purchase.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition and have tags attached.

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds on in-store purchases.

In-store sale purchases are final sale for change of mind.

Online sale purchases remain subject to applicable cancellation rights.
