Refund policy

Returns

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will then let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be aware that it can take your bank 2-10 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account.  

Bought in Store

If your item was bought in store and is unsuitable, we offer exchange or credit note within 14 days with proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds as our online shop is a separate shop.

Not Happy with Your Purchase? No Problem

If you change your mind about a product or find it's not quite right, you can return it to us. We are happy to accept returns for all items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must:

  • Be unwashed
  • Have all labels attached
  • Be unused/not worn
  • Have no makeup, fake tan or other marks
  • Not smell of washing powder/smoke/perfume

Footwear must be returned in the original box with no signs of wear.

The two-piece sets must be returned as a complete set.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Accessories such as jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • Include your order number & reason for returning: in your email.

If your return is accepted:

  • We will send you instructions on how and where to send your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

 

Items bought online must be posted back to the online shop to ensure your refund.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS BROUGHT INTO STORE ( must be posted back)
